MOUSE WARNING.. Did you know that a Mouse only needs a 1/4 inch space to enter your home? Also, that most infestations occur in the fall but can occur anytime of the year. Mice and rats are excellent climbers and can easily climb a brick wall, a gutter, some siding, or a cable on the side of your building.

A thorough inspection should be made by a trained Professional. The White Foot  mouse can carry lyme disease and the Deer Mouse can carry the hantavirus that can be deadly to humans and pets. House Mice have been recently known to give off an allergen called Mouse Urinary Protein or MUP in the hundreds of tiny micro-droplets of urine as they travel their territory in your home. The may even start fires by chewing at electric wires. Authorities estimate that more than 1/5th of the "fires of unknown origin" in the U.S. are caused by rodents gnawing on wiring. Cooler weather causes rodents such as Mice to look for warmer harborage that could be your home.

Therefore, now is a good time to inspect and treat a home to intercept them before they cause damage and get established and possibly introduce damaging health effects to you and your family, including pets.

Don't wait till you see them, their droppings or hear them. They are carriers of various diseases, one of which is the  LCM virus (LyymphoCytic Choriomenijitis) which has flu like symptoms, and can result in death in less than 2% of the cases.

We will also make suggestions as to how your home can be rodent proofed using IPM methods
